Graphic Design
Infographic
Briefing
Design an Infographic portraying data you collect about yourself during the span of a week.
Our goal
An infographic that shows how much I saved and spent during one week, and what I spent it on, including the objects and actions behind each expense. It turns my own habits into something you can read in a few seconds.
My piggy bank
I chose a piggy bank as the central visual, since it’s where most of us kept our money as kids. It’s a familiar, friendly image that people understand immediately, and it makes a topic like money feel lighter. From there I built a system to represent the amounts, so values can be compared visually without reading every number. I kept the palette minimal, with colours that complement each other, so nothing competes with the data.
Posters
3D printed products Poster
A set of posters made to attract attention to a booth and showcase some of its special products. The theme was Halloween, so the posters and the products featured on them follow it.
I used Halloween as the hook, since it’s a theme people already enjoy and it gave the products a natural reason to be on display. Each poster highlights products that fit the theme, so the message stays focused and the offer is easy to understand. To tie the posters to the brand, I used its mascots, the two dogs, in the rectangular poster. That way the poster feels like it belongs to the brand and not like a generic seasonal ad.
Drinks booth Poster
A poster for a small stand at a local fair, made to attract a younger crowd and show the only two drinks on offer. It plays with the World Cup “hydration break”, a recent event that everyone had seen or heard about.
The stand was small, the menu was just two drinks, and the people it wanted to reach were young and easily distracted. The poster needed to stop them, make them smile, and tell them what was on offer in a couple of seconds.
Instead of a standard drinks poster, I looked for something the audience already knew. The hydration break was a recent, widely talked-about moment, so using it as a joke meant people got the reference straight away and felt it was made for them. It also fits the product, since a break to hydrate is exactly what a drink stand offers. Having only two drinks helped too, because the message stays simple: take a break, pick one of the two.
FUGA Magazine
Our university started a project to create a student magazine, and we took responsibility for the International Mobility section. This is our concept and suggestion for how that section could look and work. The magazine is a larger project and hasn’t been released yet, so this is a proposal for now.
3D printed trophy designs
Ideation
Design a SVG to be later transformed into a 3D printed trophy work for a company team building event with a grape harvest theme.
